It does look slightly odd Sandy,
but as I am a rather odd person,
I quite like it !!

Curious how you made that happen, a novel idea that seems to work well here!

I am going against all on here
The brightness of the open door spoils the rest of the image for me
But it depends really on what you wanted the image to convey
Love the lady in front

The change in hue helps take the eye to your 'open door'.
Original thinking!

It works well for me Sandy, but then again I have often been described as odd...

One person's odd is another's innovation.
Do you like it that's the point?

I like it. Can't exactly say why but it's different and attractive. It's like having the old and new in one.

Can't say that I like the dual colour Sandy but those walls are superb as is the whole interior.

I like your composition, Sandy, but unlike most of the others, I'm not so sure about the presentation in this way: my eye is immediately drawn towards the bright B and W section and tends to pass over initially at least the rest of the interior. For me, a sepia toning all over would have worked better.........but there again, what do I know about it.
Most seem to be taken with the way it is and as long as you like that way, that's want matters most.
Sorry if this causes any disquietude.
R.
