No, I don't know beyond "some sort of lily" - expecting me to know is as bad as asking a gardener about the merits of close-up filters and macro lenses.

Taken today in Walsall, at a small garden that's been open in aid of the Macmillan fund.

Small, but perfectly formed...

I know it is an orange lilly (and unworked on .......... unlike mine)
