Osteospermum and Ladybird

By cattyal
I've no flowers to photograph this weekend and the garden isn't terribly inspiring either so it's time for me to upload one of those photographs that sit in my EPZ folder while I debate whether it's any good or not.

I'll let you decide but please bear in mind that the little rotter just wouldn't stay still and kept racing round and round the flower so I think I did fairly well to manage this one Smile

Wonderful composition, excellent presentation. The inclusion of the ladybug makes this shot for me!

Thank you everyone - you want to see all the photos that didn't make the grade thanks to him/her racing about Smile

I've just notice the white speck on that leaf at the bottom - darn it, I should have removed that before uploading!

Wow - thank you everyone. I've had it sitting about thinking it wasn't that good although not bad enough to bin - I have a lot of pictures like that Smile

Inspiration suddenly struck for Woody this evening so I've just spent the last couple or so hours preparing a picture for Silly Sunday.

I really like the composition with this one, and the dof is perfect - you've even managed to get it's antennae! Good shot.

Thank you again everyone - and to think I kept putting off uploading this picture. It just shows how hard it is to be objective about your own photographs.

I'd better take a closer look at the other shots before I bin them!

A late thank you again everyone. I've been taking a pictures like a loon while up in Edinburgh but fear it might be a while before I can settle down to look at them properly. Hopefully there will be some goodies in amongst them all!
