Old shacks taken in Beadnell, Northumberland.
Probably one of the most exciting 30 minutes spent photographing the unexpected!
The initial attraction lay amongst the decaying rowing boats, but eventually I came across this old and rusty winch, later to become my focus within the overall image.
In an otherwise subdued image I felt the flash of red along the side of the 2nd boat added that important element of life.
