Not sure what you have done, but I think the processing on V1 is very effective. Lots of detail and nicely presented.

I detect a dose of Topaz here, and it works very well indeed. Two lovely images.

I can't wait to return here! Wink A lovely capture, David, love the wide format - can't decide today if I prefer the colour or mono, so it'll have to be half a vote for each! Wink
Trev Smile
Like them both, each has it's own feel about it, both well captured, both have good detail, well captured.

Your own remarks up top are exactly how I was going to describe your image, David: good idea skimming over the roofs and not including the whole buildings. It takes someone with a real photographic eye to see such a possibility and execute it so well.
Of the two versions, my preferred one this time is the coloured V 1.

Strangely enough for me, I actually like the mono better. The treatment works well on both though.

Great colours and textures in this well composed image, which works perfectly in a cinemascope crop.

I like your b&w work, but I want colour here, for the subtle and varied tones of the roofs. A classic view very well conveyed.
