I don't think clipping the wings does it any harm, it is the eyes that grab the attention.

Nice shot, if this was taken at the hawk trust its a difficult place to get a shot as your in the woodland part which has poor light (well i think so anyway lol). Well done.

Captured well but would have been better if you hadn't clipped the wings, sorry.

Geoff thanks for you opinion I have to say I do agree. Next time I will make sure the camera is landscape lol. I was just pleased to get any of her in focus.
