Afternoon,

This was taken from Deck 9 of the Thomson Destiny whilst in port of Puerto de Las Palmas Gran Canaria.

Photo features the P-78 Cazadora Battleship, below is some information on the ship:

Class, [Type]: Infanta Elena, [PS].
Builder: Bazán, Cartagena, Spain.
Launch date: 17 October 1978.
Commission date: 20 July 1981.

Displacement ( tons ): 1.233 standard, 1.666 full load.
Dimensions ( metres ): 88,8 x 10,4 x 3,8
Main machinery: 4 x MTU-Bazán 16V 956 TB91 diesels ( 15.000 hp ).
Speed ( knots ): 25.
Range ( miles ): 4.000 at 18 knots, 7.500 at 12 knots.
Complement: 90 ( ? officers ) plus space for 18 more.

Guns: 1 x OTO Melara 76mm/62 compact, 1 x Oerlikon 20mm/120, 2 x Browning M2 12,7mm, 2 x 7,62mm.
Missiles: SSM: 4 x McDonnell Douglas Harpoon ( one quad launcher, usually carrying two missiles only ).

Radar: Air/Surface: Thales DA 05/2, bands E/F; Surface search: Thales ZW 06; Navigation: 1 x Kelvin Hughes Type 1007, I band, 1 x Koden; Fire Control: 1 x Thales WM 25.
Countermeasures: Decoys: 2 x FMC SRBOC Mk 36; ESM: Ceselsa Deneb; ECM: Ceselsa Canopus.

Callsign: EBIA ( )
Comment: Tritan IV combat sytem. Carries three RHIBs: 1 x Valiant 750, 2 x Zodiac Mk5. Former corvette F35 Cazadora, converted to patrol duties. Renumbered to P78 on 13th January 2004.
Homeport: Las Palmas.

Lovely shot Ben, great detail. Improvements wise I'd recommend including either more sky or sea so the horizon is not as central and try and capture a bit more detail in the sky. Though to be fair I can see visibility was not great! Great effort though.
