Pale Prominent Moth

By Ade_Osman
Here's a strange looking beastie for you all to look at, it's known a Pale Prominent Moth, quite commonly found, but a really hairy and strange looking critter...
Apologies, for not being on very much, one or two other more important things in life getting in the way Smile Hope to catch up with what you've all been up to over the next few days though....

Hedgehog Update
Still quite busy with the hedgehogs and still getting visits into the garden by the fox. Watched something really strange last though and that was a hog anointing itself with either that smell or the slime of a toad. It was actually picking the toad up and rolling around with it, not very pleasant for the toad but it seemed to survive the experience before limping of after being seriously prickled???

I think that's the rolled up proboscis you can see Darryl, although admittedly the do look somewhat like a pair of incisors found in some sort of rodents mouth Tongue

Wow, these are incredible, Ade.
I, too, was wondering about the fang-like bits in the mouth, but it's obvious now you've pointed it out.
V2 gives me the impression that the moth is sitting at a restaurant table and calling, "Waiter! Waiter! There's a moth in my soup!"
