Passing in the Night

By NDODS
Good Day to you all at ePhotozine.

Firstly I would like to thank you all for taking the time out to view, comment and vote for my previous upload. A further thank you goes to Ted447, Even, Kuvailija, SlowSong, Lifesnapper, Mollycat, Taggart, MileJanic and Mistere for their User Awards.

Today's image was captured at little Haven Beach. It shows the mouth of the River Tyne and its Groyne Lighthouse. The image was then processed to enhance the dark moody damp and lank conditions of the day.

I hope that you all have a wonderful day whatever you may be doing.

Regards always NathanGrinGrinGrin

A very lovely composition and capture, Nathan, like how you've captured the movement in the passing ship 🚢👍

You obviously intended for the grass and boat to blur using a slow shutter speed, which all adds to mysterious of the scene.

I like what you have done here, Nathan, but m personal feeling is that the darkness at the top of the image could be pulled back, more to match the treatment given to the grass.
