Like the details in this - he looks a great character, work well in both mono and colour. If pushed would go for the mono.

He's certainly a character, think mono for me, although it makes him look like he's wearing sunglasses at night! Another great market portrait. Love his casual pose.

Once again I find myself preferring the colour image, Tony. That's no offence to the mono; simply, the black & white gives a predominence of sombre tones that require a scowl rather than a smile from the stallholder!

I'm going to go for b&w here, mainly because of the effect on the background light. Somehow it actually seems more real than colour.

Hi Tony,
I was going to leave a comment, if it wasn't for the bad broadband speed I am facing today, specially in Uploading, It's my pleasure to tell you how I have done this.
Downloaded your picture, went to Photomatix pro3, batched it with shadow, contrast and saturation. Then I had a batch of 3, HDRed those 3 images. Went to photoshop opened the HDRed and Toned image added some topaz filter Smile Enjoy mate, BTW, may I say that yours looks the best and I must say that I should thank you for sharing and letting me to do some "silly" "bad" mods...

Superb stuff again Tony. This is another reason why I like Camden so much....just a fantastic array of interesting characters....I love this shot. Could be anyone, but you know he just "belongs".....great capture and at a push, probably V1 for me....

Nah! He still don't look cool even in b/w. Great shot though.
