pebble in the setting sun

...I visited Seatown, near Bridport, Dorset, this afternoon. Difficult and very harsh light, but I spotted this mundane little item, perched on a rock where the tide had deposited it. I wanted to isolate it, so I used a very wide aperture on my 58 years' old Leica f2 Summicron 50mm lens.
