A very interesting foreground and the sort of shoreline I love to wander around. The rocks are mimicking the shape of the mountains behind. Superb clarity!

Straight from the off the composition has interest in the deliciously captured crystal clear pools glistening beautifully in the warming light. Then ones eyes are taken on a wonderful voyage of discovery roaming through an uncluttered Highland vista to the snow tipped peaks in yonder.

"An image which would inspire poets"

I'm struck by the extreme contrast between pebbles and mountains, with the smoothly-rounded rocks in between.
