Penmon Lighthouse

A big thankyou to Andrew (Proberts) for sharing his camera for me to take this shot.

I waited ages for this guy to move but he was'nt going anywhere so I took the shot with him in it thinking I'd clone him out later but now I think his orange shirt really makes this shot work.

By the time I'd showed Andrew this shot the guy had moved away so we called him back and asked him to pose again so Andrew could take some shots too and he very kindly obliged, well, if you dont ask.......Wink

I really like this one a lot Geoff. The strong colours of the lighthouse and the Tango Man really give it some impact. The composition is also perfectly balanced. Cracking work.

Great shot and fun story.
The orange T shirt against that lovely blue sky and the green of the seaweed is a good touch.
Excellent composition, good image.

Thanks folks, yeah Phil, I thought this one would've flown, doesn't look like it's even going to get a RC and It was taken using a Canon 20D too Wink shows how much I know then eh?

It works well, if it wasn't for that lovely green seaweed-covered stone I might have cropped off the bottom too.
