All very attractive, Lynne, well done for finding some respite from the phone queues. What I find equally as frustrating is the Spanish Inquisition before you can get to talk to a real person.

I know the feeling of phone queues. I had to ring the doctors for something or other a couple of weeks back. The call was answered fairly quickly, but then the recorded voice asked me to key in the option I wanted - that's when the waiting started. You get told as you say, that the phone lines are unusually busy, and that your call is important to them - not as important as it is to me, and told that you're number ? in the queue. It was almost half an hour before a real person actually answered, taking me by surprise, and I'd almost forgotten what I was phoning about! Most frustrating 😠
