Cracker mate - bit like yourself. Standing all day on a Welsh hillside. If this was the only plane to fly through I hope it was worth it.

@ Alan - it was the only Typhoon, but a few other planes did come by - eight passes in all - one helicopter that I missed as I was walking in, a Hawk I hardly saw, as it came in from the north with no warning (from behind the mountain), 2 F15's twice each and this Typhoon. Some days they need tickets to book their slot other days nothing at all happens... it's pure pot luck. So for my first trip there it was well worth it Grin
