Yes, I know it looks nothing like a plane, but I dusted off my 300mm lens for the purpose of photographing the planes that were flying very close to where we were at this point.
Unfortunately, the minute I changed my lens, the planes seemed to stop flying and these images are the result.
I have not previously used this lens as such and would therefore appreciate your comments in terms of how to improve my technique with this lens.
I can see things are not right with these images; the sails look like something from an old picture despite the lettering being legible, so those of you who know more than I, which is all of you, please give me some guidance.
