Photographing The Cliff Fall

Seaford Head had a large cliff fall recently and this person is braver than I to venture out onto the ledge.

Normally one would expect to see people out there taking selfies on their mobile telephones so I wonder if this person was there officially especially as they appeared to have video equipment, including a fluid head tripod.
