Pictures Of Lily

By Sissy
Couldn't think of a title for this, but my ancient granddad told me of a 'Who' song from the 60's, so why not? Been a horrible day up here in Yorkshire, so I've been learning some more lessons on Photoshop. This was a Lily taken a Harlow Carr a couple of weeks ago. Many thanks for your votes and comments on my last upload and I will look forward to your comments on this, good or bad. Smile

Right Shannon, here are my thoughts....nice pin sharp focus on the stamens but a little too bright. I was going to upload a mod after tweaking with the levels but it was hard to control the blown out whites. However what it did reveal was a lot more detail in the petals. Therefore to me, perhaps not quite as much light in next time? As for the frame....a bit tight on the left and right edges but the thick bands of the frame detract from another wise very nice flower. When playing with the levels it revealed some lovely yellows. Hope that helps and you don't mind a little bit of friendly cc
