The Piece Hall in Halifax is a grade 1 listed building. It was opened in 1779 for the hand loom weavers to sell their woven fabric or 'pieces'.
Lovely shot. This place has connotations for me. I spent some hours wandering around killing time while my car was being fixed. I limped into Halifax when the clutch failed on the M62. It was not a good day :(
