hmmm.... if im honest, still not that keen mate. Her eybrows have been smoothed out, which looks a little odd, but again its appreciated.

What did you do with this one?

Hi Anothony, I did very little to be honest. I used the eye dropper tool to get a nice tint of her skin > blending mode > soft light > painted the skin to give it a more balanced look to remove the bright areas on her face.

Hard not to like her, she looks so full of life. Its a very nice shot. I would tone down the light reflections if you can, - loaded a mod with my attampt. I am guessing thats what puerto was trying to do, but he likely used the highlight tool which gives a poor result. I used some selective softening, and low opacity painting in colour mode.
