A lovely scene and great to see the shires working. A pity about the guy's top but that's no fault of yours. It would have so much better if he had been wearing something more in character.

Ann - I have done 2 mods for you (for the price of 1 
).
The first, I increased the contrast +55 then clone out all the bits of sky coming thru the trees.
The 2nd one I converted the 1st mod to mono. This I did via Image/Adjustments/Channel Mixer. Change the Red to 50% and the blue and green to 25%. Then checked the Mono box.

Congratulations Ann, one of your best, the composition light and movement of the horses, and the concentration on the face of the man makes it a winner for me, one for your club comp methinks, if you have cropped this tight then leave a bit more room for horses to move into.

Hi Ann. I like the image as you have captured the working action of man and horses well.
But - if its any help to you I think you need to address the blue cast in this - everyone seems to have missed that.!!!
You need to go to Adj - Colour Balance - and pull the yellow/blue slider back a bit until you get some green in those trees and some colour in those horses. Then its just a little brightness/contrast adj.
I have quickly done a mod to give you an idea - have a play.

A super composition and capture, Ann, don't see many like this these days As said above, pity about that man, that he wan't wearing tweeds and a flat cap, but nothing you could do about that!
