what can I say - great framing, great choice of accessories...but her eyes look like they came from Toys R US.

and I apologies for the flippancy.

Well done.

I like the way that you have presented the image the blue cloth/clothing fills in all the spare space, which in turn shows off the model to good effect, I must say that the whites of the eyes just look a little to perfect , most people have some colour in the whites these are to good.
Hope I haven't offended if so sorry.

Hi Cathy, I have to agree.....I don't know what you've done but you've done an excellent job. As Chris says above, it's simply fantastic for a first attempt!

Toys R Us? I'll have to try them for a new set - mine are definitely wearing out!!

Not an effect that usually appeals to me, but this time it does. Although the skin is very bright you have managed to avoid it burning out. You've created a very compelling image. Click.

I ain't keen on this technique either. Mind you it's often overdone and too often and/or inappropriately used. However, here I think it suits the mood and the overall image. Good one.

Cathy,
I've been off site for a while due to one thing or another and I'm trying to catch up.

I'm with you on this one, I'd rather see skin tones and freckles if she has them. If it had been a porcelain doll then it would have looked very life like. Great shot.
