Portland Boat and Hut

On top of Portland near the lighthouse are some working boat huts and boats.

Just out of frame is an old had winch crane that was used to lower the boats down.

Converted to mono using Silver Efex.

Again shot on my old D3000 and 18-55 kit lens.

A rather beautiful and somewhat quaint image depicting this rather unusual quaint and quirky coastal dwelling, which is perfectly suited to this type of processing.
