I'm not quite sure why you've put this in the Critique Gallery... It's a very competent, rather striking picture.
On previous occasions, you haven't wanted, I think, to have critique to improve your pictures (and, frankly, you don't need it: they are very good, and have a distinctive style).

With John. I now put more into the general gallery, but the problem there is that people rarely actually comment and if they do, it is invariably positive. Here, at least, something is said.
This is very strong. I might just brighten the eyes a touch to add further force.
