Posh Goth ( Back From The Wed)

By lifesnapper
Hi all, and the reason for the treatment on this pic' is because the happy couple are infact a pair of Goths, who thought it best on the Day, to go all conventional for the sake of others. This decision was much to my disapointment, as I would've loved to have photographed them in all their Goth gear on the big Day.

Many thanks for you kind votes and comments on my previous two Wedding pic's. And for those who would rather see some 'nice' pic's of the Wedding, I'll see what I can do next Sunday for you Smile

All the best to all,

John Smile

Well you did get the grave stone in the shot and that looks like a couple getting hitched.

Given the circumstances you have described this picture looks very 'goth-y' anyway, John. Composition works very well with the couple echoing the shape of the grave stone in front, while the bride looks almost about to waft away!
You might like to know that we have had half an hour's snow here this morning. Thank goodness it didn't hang around!

I like your stony addition, well done
some Goths made me think of moths in the past, they do make a great theatrical subject .. But one has to stay sortof discreet and respectful, I took a couple once and they were afraid I might be taking the mickey. A copy print did the trick!

That's a scruffy looking pair of siamese twins bridesmaids behind them, John.

What a shame they 'went conventional' as I would, like you, have loved to have seen them 'gothed up' for the day.

I've never seen a goth in white before John, it's a shame they are not both in gothic dress

Something special about this happy wedding capture with those gravestones included in the picture. The darkness adds to the mystery of the shot.

Dave.
