Princess Leia

Good day to you all at ePz

Thank you all for taking the time out to view, comment and vote on my upload of a Foxglove yesterday. A further mention going to: Kuvaillija (Jukka) and Kathrynlouise (Kathryn) for their User Awards.

Keep the theme of purple and flowers I captured this Poppy in the garden as it was about to burst into bloom. It somehow reminded me of Princess Leia from Star Wars.

I hope that you all have a great day ahead, for me who knows.

A nice stage at which to capture the opening poppy, Nathan: would make a good series as the petals unfold.
The papery texture has been caught so well.
