A series of high speed shots taken today, the first one is th latest addition to the 365 blog. I skimmed the top of the tomato with the pellet and it's turned out to be one of the better ones with the tomatos today. The rest just kind of went through the toms without too much 'action'.

Great series aesthetically and scientifically speaking. V2 is my favourite, but all are stunning.

Awesome. V6 is my fav. Shutter speed at 3.1 sec got me even more buffled.

Hi Tony, it is the flash that catches the action. The photographs were taken in a darkened room, the camera was set to the required time (in this case 3 seconds) and the flashes activated on a sound delay trigger, in this instance I was using the Triggersmart system.
