Shot captured last December in fading evening light while out birding at my favourite haunt.
Grabbed hold of this graceful Cormorant just as it surfaced right ahead of me ..... captured here in an appealing proud pose before it rapidly disappeared again. The camera/lens combo delivering well given it was more of a pot shot.
Viewing large yields plenty of detail.
