What a stunner Trevor! You've really excelled yourself with your contrast control here as well as the sharpness front to back. What a dramatic image. I love the heather movement and the way the light defines the distant ridges.

Thanks everyone for your comments and I'm well chuffed with the UA's from Nathan, Mick and Ann ....Many thanks......It was the small strip of fluorescent green moss that caught my eye as I was strolling along the edge, it really stood out. I tried to fame it with moss bottom right and keep sun top left but there was a raised clump of heather preventing this, fortunately the wind blown heather helped to give added interest to the r/h side.
