Finally you reach the shady entrance of the gorge and it feels cool and wonderful. Great place for a short rest leaning against a huge cool boulder, a drink of water and admire the tall Livista palms in the wonderful Mini Palms Gorge.

Those trees survive the floods in the wet season by clinging to rocks above the flood line (V2)
