Pyrrhosoma nymphula - Large Red Damsel.

Sorry another one , this time a larege red. Smile.

Had got another which I liked a little more as the sun was causing the red on the body to really glow but the tail was slightly oof and I'm fussy, lol

Taken at a new location, bit windy on the day which made finding them a little difficult but did have the benefit of keeping them static.

Iso 200. 1/320 Sec @ f5

Yep, very nicely done Chris, as Terry say's. You certainly nailed this one, I'd say everything is just about spot on.
Be off out myself in a couple of hours to see if I can find some chasers etc, so watch this space as they say....

Excellent focus and love the depth of field. Exposure is spot on and I like the composition with the diagonal twig.
