Quick Update...

By ChiliMan
Isnít it weird when really good news brings with it really annoying news?

I went to see the neuro today about the results of the MRI from last Thursday. No slipped disc, no impinged nerve root from C5/C6 vertebrae, neck totally fine. Which is the good news. Fantastic news, really. ButÖ

Öwhat then is the reason for my right armís lameness?? Bah. Itís been over 2 months and back to Square One, basically. More tests have been scheduled.

AlrightyÖas you can tell, I ainít Mr. Chirpy today but itíll pass. Anyway, there are people out there with way worse situations than mine and they are getting on with things. Iíll sort myself out and be as right as rain in no time. Besides, despite my right armís limitations, I can still take care of the parents and do the laundry and household shopping and take them wherever they need to go and stuffÖso thatís fine.

I didnít feel like uploading today but had to update you about todayís appointment with the neuro.

Iíll catch up on your portfolios soon but on just the latest pic. No way Iíll be able to catch up on all the pics Iíve missed.

Iíll be back to my old self in a day or twoÖmax.

Thanks for all the well wishes and the welcome back Smile

This is beautiful, Andrew, and glad to hear the first round of tests didn't find anything sinister. Still annoying, not knowing what is wrong with the arm, though, hopefully the next tests will find the problem. Carol

Exquisite Orchid, Andrew. I have one in flower on the utility room windowsill at the moment but haven't been able to capture it with anything like this standard. Glad to learn about the plus things but hope you get an answer soon re the arm and that it can be sorted ASAP. Take care.

A super image - pink on black, always a vibrant combination - and stunning detail. I'm sorry your arm is causing you such a problem and send you my best wishes in the hope that the docs will be able to find out what the problem is and put it right. Smile

This is superb, and I appreciate the fact that you have it peering in from the right, facing leftwards. Less conventional, more arresting.
I know the frustration of negative results, good news but no news.
