Rödertor

By TrevBatWCC
At the end Rödergasse you reach Rödertor, the gateway to the east side of the walled town of Rothenburg. It's very similar to the Burgtor on the west side of the town which I uploaded on 7th May, in having two turrets on both sides of the gate. Here, as you exit through the gateway towards where I shot V1, you cross a bridged moat (V2).

Single Raw images processed in Adobe Camera Raw 7, tweaked in Photomatix Pro 4 and Photoshop Elements 11.

Thanks again to everyone for your votes & comments on my previous uploads, it really is appreciated and encouraging.

An image at every turn in a place like this, Trev: two more excellent shots of this walled town, your processing as always bringing out so much detail.
Graham {digital_boi} was processing one or two of my images with Photomatix and I can see the benefits of that package, so much so that I am thinking of trying to acquire it.

I am sorry to have missed seeing your work over the past two weeks or so. We had no wi fi facility at Troutbeck Head. I have lots of both stills and video to keep me busy for a while
