Rainy Day Mushroom

It's been raining most of today and, apart from watching the French Open Tennis, I don't have much to do so here's an image from three years ago. The forest where this mushroom was growing was felled two years ago reducing the possibility of me finding mushrooms and lichen in the same shot. It was a magical place where there were lots of decaying trees covered in moss and lichen.

I hope the weather is better wherever you are.

Delightful and well spotted image. Mushroom/fungus are usually a great image source.
