Ramore Head surges

Ramore Head in August. A green/grey surging sea battering the rocks below.
I am faced with the problem of how to capture the movement of the sea. I know that many mystic shots have been taken by using a slow shutter speed but is it the best or most realistic way to capture the movement of the sea? Comments on what is best are invited.

It's hard to say, everyone has a different idea, best bet is to try out a few different shutter speeds to see which you prefer, a slow one can look great if there's some sharp foreground detail in the shot, nice shot anyway, well done.
