A fine picture - a little movement in the main subject giving an impression speed can be a good thing.
However:
Shutter speed priority - rather than aperture priority - might have been a better option here, selecting a faster speed than the 1/125th second. This would also result in the camera setting a wider aperture than the f13 as well, which could also be gainful.
I would set a higher ISO than 100 to enable faster shutter speeds, particularly with 400mm lens.
