Rannoch Moor

One of the last remaining wildernesses in Europe, the Great Moor of Rannoch is a beautiful outdoor space
The area is a vast stretch of land composed of blanket bog, lochans, rivers, and rocky outcrops which makes it a very challenging environment which still supports varieties of flora and fauna.

Yes Rannoch Moor is a wonderful wilderness. Last time I was there I was on a rail journey from Arrochar to Fort William. Scotrail hadn't bothered cleaning the windows of the train. Doubt if I will be able to travel up there again so seeing shots like yours is much appreciated. David
