Ranunculus

Another garden shot from a couple of days ago, just before a severe squall and yet more hail! Just lightly cropped but otherwise straight from the camera.

Like yesterday, couldn't make my mind up about a border, sometimes it's obvious that you should or shouldn't but on others it's more tricky, so V2 with one.

Many thanks for comments and advice yesterday. Off to Thailand in a couple of weeks and hoping for lots of sun and photo opportunities, so hoping to master exposure compensation before we go!

I prefer this without the border for the simple reason that the flower fills the frame. A lovely colour here.

Both work fine, but the dark border sets the flower off very well. So I would go for v2
