A top quality long exposure with a good title. I like the way you have chosen the time of day so that detail and an impression of movement can also be seen in the sky.

Birmingham eh! I must admit I had to look twice to locate where this was, then I recognised it.
I like what the slow shutter speed has done to the sky, and it's enhanced the movement, very apt for your title.
