A very nice set of images, however I do find trying to capture such events that there is always going to be a distracting background, which really does take the edge off the other great images.

I went to one of these events last year, great fun as an onlooker - well captured images not sure about the sepia in V4 but the rest A1Smile

Yes,you are correct,they did have ice cream parlours in Napoleons days.
I recall at school something about him being sent to the Island of Melba,
to bring back some peach melba ice cream !!
It can be very educational this site sometimes !!
