Red Arrows Today

By chensuriashi
First of the day here, and a good hour it was, hard on the legs as I changed position so regularly... it was overcast and the security Jobs-Worths on duty had nothing to do, as every punk there was at peace, as they so often are praise be to the people and the punks of Blackpool, punk festival next week I hear...Not so keen as I am just a simple square...tog... so they picked on the crowd... moving us even though we were no trouble...stood in a private area, that was really safe... safe just behind the wire.... just crossing the line on the prom...There were no questions, just subservience as I spoke to a canon owner, shooting in the same spot, shooting the same shots as me...
We spoke shop as we were moved on....so cool....as we moved... but there was no real need too.... we were the only two people there....but rules are rules I guess... Do Me A Favour Major!!!.. I do do that for a living too... but it was a great spot, just in case the RA came close to the Tower and we were the only two there...They did not do a pass close, as close as I would have liked them to the Tower so missed that....there are a few to follow and thanks for looking into my space, I appreciate you all .

Totsiens Chen.

I've just run this through Lightroom using "auto white balance" and "auto tone".
I also opened it in CS5, then wondered what I was supposed to do so I closed it again!
It's injected some colour into the aircraft but unless someone has an idea that I didn't think of (and they probably will!), I think that dismal grey sky may be there for good.

Hi Jester thanks for the mod, yes it was a very dismal grey day and the wing-walkers that came along b4 the Red Arrows left a lot of smoke in the air that did not seem to clear, I got better shots of the crowds and the punks that are in town, but there are a few more to follow...Chen.
