Red Campion

Another wildflower picture taken whilst out with my dog for our daily exercise around the various footpaths in Northwich. The idea is to try and bring a smile to those who need it. It’s spring and no matter the gloom of the news, nature is in bloom. Some I know can’t get out at the moment to see it - so perhaps this might help? I've been sharing these on Facebook for that reason. This is not my usual genre so forgive me if I fail to always do the subject justice - or get the ID correct. However, I'm getting lots of practice with the new macro lens (which I love).

Lovely Adam, you are getting better and better with these in such a short space of time.
This drops so well into the frame compositionally, excellent colour, detail and a well chosen dof.
