Red eyed Dancer

I would love to know the secrets of interior pictures in poor lighting.
I've left the red eyes as they give the girl's face a demonic look!
Sitting in an audience is not the place to start putting out slave flashes and the rest.
Obviously the need is for more light but I don't see how I could do it in these circumstances.
The light here was very dim indeed!

Nice shot so nothing to worry about here.

Not sure that there is a single secret. I suspect that there are several. I only know that my 50mm 1:4 works a treat for interiors.
