Nice seascape but not enough of the sky showing, if you had moved to the right the rocks would have made a fantastic lead in, Darken the sky to give it a more dramatic look, dodging and burning the light and dark tones would also help to lift the print!

I think this is a lovely photo - there is some great colours to and I enjoy the misty water.

I had a look at the photo in Aperture 3 and apparently the sky was blown out so I've uploaded a mod sorting this out and generally boosting the overall colour and saturation. I may have gone to far but I'll let you decide.

Also, I don't feel the panoramic shot adds anything to the photo which is why on my mod I've cropped the photo as 6x4 (the ratio for your camera - snap on the camera). I thought being slightly tighter on the rocks increased the potency of the foreground especially as the rocks lead the viewer into the photo.

Overall, it's a cool shot so my comments are aimed towards giving you a comparison.

I like the photo and hope to see more.

My two cents,

Ben

This is potentially very good but it does need more sky to balance the foreground. You appear to have cropped the image so I wondered whether it would be worth uploading the original as a version. This would provide more scope for mods.
The rocks and the water are quite lovely though.

I like your composition as is, but feel the whole thing needs to be just a little darker.

I agree that the horizon's a bit high but that breaker's in roughly the place where perhaps it ought to be so compensates to some extent.
Especially as you can't see the real horizon on the right hand side.
I think it could do with lifting a little but I also think that it's one of those images that you could edit all day and never be quite happy with it!
Hope that helps.

Bren.
