yes i can see where you coming from, i see that also, but lose the top third of the image and you should see the face then, lol

The eyes and nostrils are easily seen, then the eye fills in the rest, and what I see is the face of an alien, quite unusual but not too evil. The skull is elongated, like some of the ancient "alien" skulls that have been found.
