I posted this as a Version in 2012, so thought it was time it had an airing of its own.
Called "decorative regals", these are obviously in the geranium family, and have some of the most colourful flowers in this genus of plants.
The lovely bright vibrant Regal Pelargonium is recognizable by its large trumpet shaped flowers which grow in clusters.
What's really different about this plant is that it’s not the flowers, but the velvety leaves that smell nice. That is one of the biggest differences between the Regal Pelargonium and the ‘common’ Geranium.
Thanks to all who took the time to look, vote and comment on my horses.
Pamela.
