Taken in what was, in the 19th Century, a hive of Industrial activity but has since slowly returned to nature and a beautiful place to walk.
It now forms part of the Cornish Mining World Heritage site.
This is Carmear's Leat which provided water to the Fowey Consols mine and also provided power to the Carmears Incline via a 34 foot waterwheel.
Hopefully I have captured how it feels now.
