I dont think the light was in your favour with this scene. Theres a lot of haze which is keeping contrast very low.

I dont this there much you could to at the time, - perhaps a different time of day would work better? Perhaps use negative exposure compensation?

I did upload a mod, - but it works only in some areas, and not others.

Mod uploaded - I'm having internet connection problems, my original comment doesn't seem to have registered.
I like the mist, the softness, the way the background disappears into white haze. I do think there needs to be more definition between the different planes, to give us a sense of where we stand and to give a real sense of recession into the distance. So I have reduced brightness, increased contrast, darkened shadows in Levels, used the burn tool over the foreground grasses and nearest bushes to make it more substantial. You see those dark twigs in the grass? They're quite important, they're something we could reach out and touch.
I also wanted to crop, to reduce the number of individual items in the composition.

Thank you all. The mods really open my mind, how to process the image. The mods looks different and showing a lot of possibility

A very nice scene with a lot of potential but you are on manual and, I think, a good stop over exposed. How did you arrive at the manual setting.

Most photos needs some work done on them after being uploaded (see above mods) there is free editing software out there if you are not using any you be surprise how good some of them are.

Anyway as for your photo agrees with all that has been said above, have uploaded a mod giving it a bit of color but could do nothing for the noise, good composition pity about the time of day.
