Award Shortlist

River beds.

By Mollycat
Been playing around with different types of images this weekend. Decided that due to impending winter I shall be more or less housebound, so I'm looking at still life and abstract. Not that I shall be doing them everyday. This image is a cushion. Have a good week everybody, and thank you all for comments and votes on Storm Dog.

Good luck with the indoor photography, Peter.
Doesn't cost anything to shoot lots and then choose from the best if stuck for ideas.

And a very effective capture Peter, the texture tones and mono conversion makes this stand out.

I am in the same boat....and have been trying to find interesting subjects in the home. This is really, really good.....I have no idea what it was. This is a fine exercise to keep the mind and shutter working.
