Tom you need to spend some time with a couple of Jays because the pictures don't do these beautiful birds justice. Another thing with Jays is that they can be very LOUD.

I would like to, Steve, but they don't appear to be anywhere I have been in Scotland, or England. Never cast eyes on them. Several birds I used to see in the Lanarkshire area are gone now - Green Finch, Siskin, and Chaffinch.
